MetLife Insurance

For seven years I supplied creative solutions to the Communications, Compliance, Human Resources, and other departments at MetLife's New York headquarters. From newsletters to corporate reports to training material – these products effectively addressed MetLife's many audiences.

Accepted MetLife's own 'Outstanding Vendor Award' for a body of work.

GE, Kidder Peabody Properties

A flexible publications design program was developed to raise investment capital for 'project-properties' across the nation. One prospectus helped to raise the capital for the renovation of the Roosevelt Hotel in Manhattan.

Recipient of 'Printing Industries of America' design and print award.

New York Telephone

Clean and sober employees are a most valuable resource. New York Telephone initiated this substance abuse campaign to extend a 'lifeline' to its employees in 1991.

The message was a sobering success.

United Nations
Development Programme

With its presence in developing countries around the globe, the task of UNDP is monumental. TaitDesign® assists these efforts by providing: annual reports, disaster relief material and informational publications for its offices in New York, Geneva, Oslo and country offices around the planet.

United Nations Association
of the USA

For more than ten years I served as the primary design consultant to UNA-USA – the nation's largest grassroots foreign policy organization. Working with a core group of senior staff, department heads and managers – I provided cost-effective solutions ranging from brochures to book-length studies; advertising and sales materials; conference and special events materials; annual reports; and the visual identities and collateral material for its special programs: Adopt-A-Minefield and Model United Nations.

Barbershop® Brand,
Franklin Toiletry Company

The 1984 marketing launch – consisting of extended branding, advertising, consumer packaging, and a new product catalog – helped to make this a best-selling specialty gift line in the USA from the 1970s into the late-80s.

The 1984 catalog received a 'Print' magazine design award. Barbershop® products are still being sought, bought and traded on eBay today (2011).
